Buena Vista University is seeking a Head Softball coach to lead the softball program. Successful candidates will have demonstrated strong coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level and have a high commitment to the student-athletes success academically and athletically. Primary responsibilities of this full-time position include the organization and leadership of the intercollegiate softball program including recruiting student-athletes, fundraising for the program, oversight of the budget, and providing strategic development and mentorship of the softball team. A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Masters preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. Buena Vista University is a member of an NCAA Division III institution and a member of the American Rivers Conference.
